WHAT IS 'FIELD HOUSE PUMPKINS'?We are a woman-owned and family operated pumpkin delivery and design service in Greenville, South Carolina (Upstate). Fall is hands-down our favorite season and we want to share our love of pumpkins with our friends and neighbors across the Upstate! We can simply deliver the pumpkins directly to your doorstep if you like, or let us work some magic and create a custom pumpkin display for you!
-
WHAT AREAS IN THE UPSTATE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND IS THERE A FEE?We offer select delivery locations in both Greenville and Spartanburg zip codes. Review the Delivery Area Map at the bottom of the Home screen as well as the Zip Code pricing info sheets inside each package listing to determine your specific eligibility and delivery fee (if applicable). Delivery is either free or $50, depending on your zip code.
-
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?Your pumpkin package will be delivered during the week you selected at checkout. One week prior to delivery, you will receive an email detailing your specific delivery day.
-
THAT'S A LOT FOR PUMPKINS!Field House Pumpkins provides a premium, concierge-style service designed to take the hassle out of fall decorating. We handle everything — sourcing, delivering, arranging, and eventually removing pumpkins and hay bales — so our clients can simply enjoy the beauty of their seasonal displays. While our service may not be for everyone, it offers exceptional value for those who treasure their time and prefer to experience the splendor of autumn without the heavy lifting.
-
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION?So long as we have access to the premise, there is no need to be home for delivery or installation. If you live in a gated community, we recommend contacting your gate security in advance to let them know we are an approved service provider on the day of your scheduled delivery.
-
DO YOU TREAT THE PUMPKINS WITH ANYTHING TO KEEP ANIMALS AWAY?We do not. However, an effective and non-toxic way to deter animals is to sprinkle cayenne pepper on your pumpkin display.
-
WILL MY PUMPKINS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?Every pumpkin and set up is unique! No one display will look exactly like the pictures, but that is part of the charm. We use our best design discretion to help your home or display location shine with a custom approach each time.
-
HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY PUMPKINS SO THEY LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?Pumpkins are a naturally perishable item which can deteriorate faster when exposed to harsh weather elements. Pumpkin displays can last 4 to 6 weeks (or longer) with proper care. To help prolong their life, we recommend keeping your pumpkins out of extended direct sunlight and off damp ground whenever possible.
-
DO YOU PROVIDE REPLACEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PUMPKINS?Unfortunately, no. Pumpkins are an organic product subject to the forces of mother nature. As such, we are unable to replace or exchange any pumpkins after installation. We recommend following the care instructions found in the FAQ's to best preserve the life of your pumpkin display.
-
DO YOU OFFER DISPLAYS FOR COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES?Yes, absolutely! Any package can be purchased and installed for a commercial business, to include Add-Ons. We can also install indoors as well; please reach out via email if you have questions or want to collaborate! rene@fieldhousepumpkins.com
-
DO YOU OFFER REMOVAL SERVICES?Yes! During checkout you can indicate if you want removal services added to your package. We will come around and pick up either the week following Halloween or Thanksgiving, depending on your selection. If you want to add removal services later, the service may still be available if it is not 'Sold Out' on the website and can be purchased separately under the 'Add Ons' section. Be sure to select the Removal Service that matches the package name ordered: AUTUMN GRANDEUR (PACKAGE 1), FALL MAGIC (PACKAGE 2), HARVEST MOON (PACKAGE 3), and PUMPKIN SPICE (PACKAGE 4)
-
CAN YOU DELIVER BEFORE LABOR DAY?Unfortunately, no. Local Carolina pumpkin harvesting typically starts mid-September and is weather dependent. Waiting until temperatures cool more towards the end of September/beginning of October will also help to extend the life of your pumpkin display through the season.
